The unidentified man was found bleeding on Greenfield Avenue around 1:40 p.m., according to The Press of Atlantic City
PLEASANTVILLE - A man was seriously injured after being shot Sunday afternoon, The Press of Atlantic City reported.
Police told the paper that the unidentified man had suffered wounds to his head and shoulder before being found on Greenfield Avenue around 1:40 p.m.
The man was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's campus in Atlantic City after the incident. His condition was unclear.
Pleasantville police referred an NJ Advance Media reporter to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office Sunday afternoon. A spokesman for that agency, which investigates all fatal shootings in the county, did not immediately return requests for comment.
