PATERSON -- A 22-year-old city man has been charged with murder in the shooting death of another man March 4, the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office said.
Davine Campbell, 22, is being held on $2.5 million bail on several drug and weapons-related offenses stemming from the murder of Justin Pease, a Stanhope man who was found in his Jeep, which had crashed several blocks from Hamilton and Madison avenues. Police believe Pease had been shot there.

Pease was originally believed to have suffered a drug overdose but authorities launched a homicide investigation after learning the 33-year-old man had been shot.
Campbell was arrested Saturday and faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court before Judge Marilyn Clark at 9 a.m.Tuesday.
