Woman reportedly held captive for 11 hours
PHILADELPHIA -- A woman was abducted and sexually assaulted before she managed escape her attacker in an 11-hour ordeal Saturday, according to reports.
The 20-year-old woman told investigators a gunman confronted her near 49th Street and Lancaster Avenue around 4 a.m. and ordered her into a vehicle, 6ABC.com reported.
The 23-year-old man bound her with duct tape before the attacks, according to the station's report.
She managed to escape around 3 p.m. at South 57th Street and Larchwood Avenue, according to NBCPhiladelphia.com. The city's Special Victims Unit was investigating.
