MILLVILLE -- The Cumberland County Fair Association, which hosts New Jersey's oldest county fair each year, held its annual Amateur Truck Pull and Hill and Hole Mud Bog on the county fairgrounds Saturday. Hundreds of brave souls turned out to watch competitors trek over the hill blast through the mud.
Gates opened at 10 a.m., with cash prizes and trophies offered in six different classes.
The fair itself, held each July is more than 300 consecutive years. Although it has moved around the county in those three centuries, the fair's website says it has now been held in Millville for the past 47 years.
