A man whose nose was broken by two Trenton men flags down officers who catch one of his attackers, police said.
TRENTON - A man was arrested Saturday morning after a beaten and bloodied Trenton man pointed out his attacker to police, authorities said.
Police on patrol in the area of Whittaker Avenue and Mott Street around 2 a.m. Saturday when a Hispanic man with a bloody nose and blood on his shirt said he had just been robbed by two men and pointed to a pair who were walking away, Lt. Stephen Varn said.
The man said he was on the 200 block of Mott Street when two men approached him. One punched him in the nose while the other went through his pockets, Varns said.
Police arrested and charged Nahdir Monroe, 18, with strong arm robbery. The other suspect fled, Varn said.
Bail information for Monroe was not immediately available.
