A Glassboro man has been indicted on child pornography charges, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.
WOODBURY -- A Glassboro man has been indicted on child pornography charges, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.
Evan J. Texidor, 21, of Glassboro, was indicted on charges of possession and distribution of child pornography, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. Texidor, 21, of Glassboro, was indicted on charges of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child/possession of child pornography and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child/distribution of child porn.
Following an investigation that lasted several weeks, Texidor was arrested in February after police received several tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, according to a report at the time. A computer at his residence was seized as part of the investigation.
He posted $60,000 bail and was released.
Texidor was arrested again in August on new child pornography charges, the prosecutor's office reported. That arrest followed a two-week investigation.
This time, bail was set at $125,000. He remains in Salem County Correctional Facility.
Other grand jury indictments handed down this week include:
- Jackson T. Horowitz, 24, of Voorhees, on a charge of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 13, 2015, in Washington Township.
- Nancy A. Tomarchio, 46, of Williamstown, on a charge of fourth-degree assault by auto on Sept. 14, 2014, in Monroe Township.
- Christopher C. Mosley, 46, of Bridgeton on a charge of third-degree receiving stolen property on May 30, 2015, in Logan Township.
- Anthony Fleckenstein, 21, of Gloucester City, on charges of second-degree distribution/possession of more than 5 pounds and less than 25 pounds of marijuana and fourth-degree possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana on Aug. 19, 2014, in Gloucester City.
- Dillon A. Christensen-Bard, 24, of Sicklerville, on charges of second-degree distribution/possession of more than 5 pounds and less than 25 pounds of marijuana and fourth-degree possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana on Aug. 19, 2014, in Gloucester City.
- Francis A. Glassmire, 25, of Gloucester City, on a charge of second-degree distribution/possession of more than 5 pounds and less than 25 pounds of marijuana on Aug. 19, 2014, in Gloucester City.
- Ronald M. Chiancone Jr., 21, of Blackwood, on charges of fourth-degree driving with a suspended license, third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance and third-degree assault by auto on Nov. 7, 2014, in Deptford Township.
- Gina M. Maglio, 21, of Blenheim, on a charge of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Nov. 7, 2014, in Deptford Township.
- Rudolph D. Williams, 29, of Sicklerville, on a charge of fourth-degree resisting arrest on April 24, 2014, in Deptford Township.
- Dominic P. Gaines, 35, of Glassboro, on a charge of third-degree resisting arrest on June 15, 2015, in Glassboro.
- Javon L. Oneal, 26, of Camden, on charges of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance, third-degree manufacturing/distribution/dispensing less than half an ounce of heroin/cocaine on June 2, 2015, in Deptford Township.
- Jade A. Crisdon, 24, of Camden, on a charge of fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon on June 2, 2015, in Deptford Township.
